Terms & Conditions

This Terms & Conditions document (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“User”) and F Enterprise (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our web application, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Rules

1.1 User Accountability. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. You are responsible for any information, content, and activities in your account.

1.2 Compliance with Platform Rules. You agree to abide by all rules governing the behavior expected on the Service. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion.

2. No Liability for Offline Actions

2.1 Due Diligence Post-Match. Once you have exited the Service (including but not limited to finding a match, getting married, or otherwise engaging in an offline relationship), you acknowledge and agree that the Company cannot be held responsible for any misconduct, harm, or other issues that occur beyond our platform. You assume full responsibility for your own due diligence and safety in any subsequent offline interactions.

2.2 No Lawsuits for Post-Marriage Issues. You agree that the Company shall not be liable for any marital issues, disputes, conflicts, or claims arising after any match facilitated through the Service. You shall not initiate any legal claim, action, or lawsuit against the Company for incidents occurring after you have left the Service environment.

3. Verification & Bypass

3.1 Verification Efforts. We implement verification procedures to maintain a safe environment. However, no system is foolproof, and there is always a chance that malicious actors may circumvent our measures.

3.2 No Liability for Bypass. You agree that the Company shall not be liable, and you shall not bring any legal claim, for any damages, losses, or harm caused by a User who successfully bypasses our verification systems or provides false or misleading information. You accept that you use the Service at your own risk.

4. Service Availability & Account Deletion

4.1 No Guarantee of Uptime. While we strive to keep the Service operational, there may be times when the Service or certain features are temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to technical issues. We do not warrant or guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4.2 Profile Deletion. The Company reserves the right to delete or suspend any account that violates this Agreement, is subject to a legal complaint, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from such deletion or suspension.

5. Termination

5.1 Breach of Terms. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach any provision of this Agreement.

5.2 User Rights & Responsibilities Upon Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and you may lose access to any information associated with your account. We shall have no liability to you or any third party for account termination.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) that arise from or relate to: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of this Agreement; (iii) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service; or (iv) your infringement of any right of another person or entity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or special damages, including any damages for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which F Enterprise is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes, but it is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms & Conditions for updates. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
